At Panda Bee, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you face any issue, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent process. We request you to kindly read the policy below before raising a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
โ Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or resolution after verification.
โ Manufacturing Defect
In case of any defect (stitching, fabric, or functional issue), please share clear images/videos for review.
โ Damage During Transit
If the product arrives damaged, inform us within the return window with proper proof of the product and packaging.
โ Size Issue (Limited Cases)
Size-related requests are accepted only if:
- Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- No stains, odour, or damage
๐ We recommend checking the size chart before ordering, as exchanges are subject to approval.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Missing tags or original packaging
- Products with stains, perfume smell, or visible wear
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Clearance or sale items marked non-returnable
- Requests raised after the allowed timeline
- Requests based purely on change of mind or personal preference
3. Return Request Timeline
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests beyond this period may not be accepted
Once a request is submitted:
- Our team will review it
- Verification of images/videos will be done
- Approval or rejection will be communicated

4. Quality Check
All returned products go through a quality inspection:
- If approved โ exchange or store credit will be processed
- If rejected โ product will be sent back
5. Exchange Policy (Important)
We offer exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange is allowed only once per order
- Applicable only for orders above โน2000
- Product must meet all return eligibility criteria
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
Additional Conditions:
- Exchange is allowed for:
- Same product (different size), or
- Product of equal or higher value
- For higher value items โ price difference must be paid
- For lower value items โ no refund of balance amount
- Exchange requests based on dislike, fit preference, or change of mind may not be accepted
- Product must be properly packed while returning
- Any damage during return transit may lead to rejection
๐ In case the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued
๐ซ Exchange cannot be processed more than once per order.
6. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)
- We do not offer monetary refunds
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit coupon
- Store credit:
- Can be used for future purchases
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
7. Shipping & Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For size exchange or customer-initiated returns, courier charges may apply
- For incorrect or defective items, we will assist with return logistics
8. General Guidelines
- All products are quality checked before dispatch
- Slight color variations due to lighting/screen are normal
- Panda Bee reserves the right to review and approve/reject requests
- Misuse of the policy may lead to denial of future requests
